What is the age requirements forLIT?
There are no age requirement for LIT. Everyone is welcome!
How much does this program cost?
We offer a 100% free workout program for women. We strive for LIT to be accessible to all. There is an option to support us financially since our program operates from the donations of its supporters.
I don't have much experience working out, is LIT for me?
This peer led workout group offers modifications so your body can build up at its own, more sustainable pace. Leaders want to help you perform an exercise correctly with proper repetitions and intensity that is suitable for youto prevent injury.
