The Workout

Functional training routine. ​The main word here is ​functional. Functional is the ​purpose. So functional ​training is just training that ​has a purpose. A functional ​workout is simply one that ​strengthens you in a ​particular way that directly ​translates to an activity ​outside of the weight room.

Ladies In Transformation is a 501C3 Non-profit that focuses solely on the ​empowerment of women who desire a more impactful life.


We subscribe to the belief that if an individual is willing to strengthen ​their spiritual life, their mental and physical strength will follow. L.I.T. is ​much more than a weekly workout program for women, it is specifically ​tailored to create mental toughness in each participant and increase ​one’s natural ability to stay committed to the things that circle every ​person's journey of self improvement.


The company we keep proves to be one of the more impactful ​determinants of an individual’s success. With L.I.T. you will be surrounded ​by a group of positive and encouraging women who believe the best way ​they can make a difference in their community is by helping to make a ​difference in their own personal journey.

There are no age requirement for LIT. ​Everyone​ is welcome!

How much does this program cost?

We offer a 100% free workout program for ​women. We strive for LIT to be accessible to ​all. There is an option to support us ​financially since our program operates from th​e donations of its supporters.

I don't have much experience working out, ​is LIT for me?

This peer led workout group offers ​modifications so your body can build up at ​its own, more sustainable pace. Leaders want ​to help you perform an exercise correctly ​with proper repetitions and intensity that is ​suitable for you to prevent injury​.
